據悉,欧盟2021年3月22日,评估歐盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,乙胺有效應歐盟委員會要求,锰螯歐盟動物飼料添加劑和產品(FEEDAP)研究小組就乙二胺錳螯合物(manganese chelate of ethylenediamine)作為所有動物飼料添加劑的合物安全性和有效性。
由於提交的所有饲料研究中存在不確定性和局限性,專家小組無法評估添加劑對目標物種、动物消費者和環境的添加安全性以及添加劑的功效。關於添加劑對使用者的安全安全性,專家小組認為,性和性處理添加劑會給使用者帶來吸入的欧盟風險。添加劑應被視為對眼睛和皮膚過敏的评估腐蝕性物質。部分原文報道如下:
Following a request from the European Commission,乙胺有效 EFSA was asked to deliver a scientific opinion on the safety and efficacy of manganese chelate of ethylenediamine (Manganese‐EDA‐Cl) as feed additive for all animal species. The EFSA Panel on Additives and Products or Substances used in Animal Feed (FEEDAP) identified several issues related to the data provided concerning the chemical characteristics of the additive. based on the information provided, the FEEDAP Panel considered unlikely that the additive consists only of manganese mono‐chelate of EDA, but of several coexisting (manganese) species; therefore, the FEEDAP Panel was unable to confirm the identity of the additive. The FEEDAP Panel could not evaluate the safety for target species, consumer and environment and the efficacy of the additive owing to the uncertainties and limitations identified in the studies submitted. Concerning the safety of the additive for the users, the Panel considered that handling the additive poses a risk to users by inhalation. The additive should be considered as corrosive to eyes and a skin sensitiser.
